Tested the Mac again to make sure I wasn't going crazy and now it's back to how it usually is.

Just went to test a Windows Laptop on WiFi to rule out the Mac, and that worked completely fine. UPDATE: In a bizarre turn of events, everything is working normally again. What can I check for or try? Apologies if I left out any information. I should be able to have a very high quality and low latency connection, but alas it is terrible and borderline unusable. There is no real time antivirus on either side. I don't see anything being blocked by a firewall. This device is also on a gigabit fiber connection with speed tests showing the full speed. The device I am using to access this desktop is a Late 2017 iMac with a 3 GHz Intel Core i5, 8GB 2400MHz RAM, and a Radeon Pro 555 2 GB GPU. The host device is a Windows 10 machine with plenty of hardware capability (9900K, 32GB 3600MHz RAM CL16 RAM, 2x 2080Ti, 960 EVO SSD) and it's running on a gigabit fiber connection (speed test shows 960/980Mbps). There is anywhere from a 1 to even 10 second delay between any input, even just when typing on a blank screen. I have the remote device set to only 1366x768p in an attempt to speed up the connection, and I have 'Optimize Reaction Time' enabled. Any version of AnyDesk distributed on Uptodown is completely virus-free and free to download at no cost. Download rollbacks of AnyDesk for Windows. It includes all the file versions available to download off Uptodown for that app. However, out of nowhere, the connection is now horrible. If you need a rollback of AnyDesk, check out the app's version history on Uptodown. I've been able to stream my desktop at home even in 4K with 'Best Audio/Video Quality' enabled with almost no latency, to the point where I could even play a slower paced game on the remote desktop. I've been using AnyDesk regularly for a couple months now, and it's been working very well.
